Freycinet Coast Patisserie, is the latest addition to Craigie Knowe Vineyard. Located at the cellar door, you will find a delicious range of pasty & cakes. Created by Xinruo Wang. Xinruo trained at Cordon Bleu then worked at Burch & Purchese sweet studio in Melbourne, later working at Daci & Daci in Hobart.
There is a brand new kitchen just installed we opened in August 2021 and people are raving about the pastries.
