Our White Label wines have been created to be exceptionally easy-drinking. Fermented in an open fermenter with occasional hand plunging followed by a short time in French oak barrels, this pinot noir is light with hints of dark chocolate, cherry and spice. It is a real drink now style of wine.  Silky smooth tannins allow for slight chilling on hot days.
