The grapes for our riesling were handpicked, then fermented at cool temperatures to extract the full flavour of this noble varietal. The result is a refreshingly crisp and dry wine.  An appearance of brilliant pale silver straw aromas of lifted florals with subtle passionfruit and citrus.  The palate is fresh red apple with fruit sweetness perfectly balanced by lime zest acidity.Wonderful to share with friends now or potential for cellaring 10-15 years to give you a journey of changing flavours over time.
