The grapes for this chardonnay were handpicked at optimal ripeness, then fermented in French oak barrels for just 5 weeks to add texture. On the palate you may notice apples, peaches and limes along with some minerality. A beautiful drink-now wine, or there is great potential to cellar to further develop flavour and complexity.
