Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was our first wine, created using the oldest vines on the east coast of Tasmania, originally planted in 1979, by John Austwick.
A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & petit Verdot. The Tannins have softened, the fruit is further forward and will still cellar for another 10+ years.
