Experience Craigie Knowe

When you visit our rustic cellar door, nestled amongst the vines just moments from Tasmania’s stunning east coast, you’ll experience the passion, dedication, and craftsmanship behind every bottle we produce.

Meet Glenn and Alex, the family behind Craigie Knowe, and discover how exceptional fruit is grown and nurtured to create our award-winning wines.

Your seated tasting experience is relaxed, personal, and guided by one of us. Served in premium glassware, you’ll be introduced to our range of handcrafted wines, including Pinot Noir, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. Along the way, you’ll learn about our vineyard management practices, our winemaking philosophy, and the rich history of the property that we are proud to call home.

Relax and Stay a While

Many visitors choose to linger a little longer and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy a delicious Tasmanian cheese board or gourmet platter accompanied by a glass—or perhaps two—of your favourite wine. For a truly indulgent experience, finish with our handcrafted chocolate and wine matching.

Dog-Friendly Vineyard

We love welcoming four-legged visitors. Dogs are welcome at Craigie Knowe; we simply ask that you visit the cellar door first so we can supervise introductions between your dog and ours.

Take a Virtual Tour

We look forward to welcoming you to Craigie Knowe Vineyard and sharing our wines, our story, and our corner of Tasmania with you.

A small suggestion: modern tourism websites tend to perform better with a shorter, more emotional opening section and then separate sections for Cellar Door, Wine Tastings, Restaurant, Camping, and Shop Online. That makes it easier for visitors to quickly find what they’re looking for while still telling your story.

We promise not to harass you. What we do promise to do is to keep you informed of any new releases, events planned in the vineyard or out. This will mean you get to know before anyone else! If you would like more regular contact then please follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
